Hamiltons of London has been based in the Costa Blanca area for 25 years, helping thousands of people realise their dream when buying, selling or renting a property here in Spain.

We have multi-lingual teams, based across the business who have an extensive knowledge of the local area and to ensure our clients find their ideal home in the perfect environment at the right price. We have in house specialists to help clients every step of the way.

We pride ourselves on spending time researching and refining the specific needs and wants of our clients, always enthusiastic, professional and dedicated to making sure we understand exactly what they are looking for. As well as the properties in our database we offer a professional property finding service, giving the security and confidence that we will find a perfect property for our clients.

Our journey started with Hamiltons first office in Moraira (or as it’s correctly known, Teulada-Moraira).

We soon realised that the estate agency business is really local, often confined to a single municipality. Over the years, we’ve had offices in: Moraira, Calpe, Javea, Denia and Jalon.

Whilst separated by just a few kilometres, local knowledge, and even customs play a vital part in the success of an estate agency.

This means there is an enormous opportunity to set up a franchise where you like. Obviously, some local research is vital in order to consider such aspects as population density, competition, property turnover and type, and of course average revenue per property.

Franchise Fee

A 1-off payment which gives you the exclusive rights to run a Hamiltons Franchise in the agreed municipality. Our calculations show that when you follow the Hamiltons Franchise formula, you can expect a 100% return on investment within the first year, and as quickly as within 3 months.

Franchise Monthly Fee

This gives you the right to use the Hamiltons name and branding. This gives you on-going access to Hamiltons’ digital systems, websites, etc., as well as marketing on the most relevant property sale portals in your area. Franchise fees and costs are dependent on several factors including: population density, required investment (offices etc.) and local market conditions.
